Today, we made mince pie for food tech. It came out good but the problem is that the pastry on the top was a bit small but its still nice.
Step 1- dice the onion and fry until it's soft
Step 2 - add the mince and fry until it's cooked
Step 3- add mix veges and 1/2 c of water it already mix with peper,veges stock and spices
