Asthma Show

Asthma show

Today at Glenbrae School hall there was a asthma show and  the host's name was Chris and he was wearing a light blue suite.

First he talked to us about asthma and how to get it so first when it is cold day don’t breath from your mouth breath from your nose even pet fur asthma hates that and smoke because when you breath in the smoke it comes to the lungs, dust mite and virus.

Then after that he sang a song about asthma and what effect it and it was funny because the was a fish that was orange and green and named Sailor was dancing and she was shaking her tail and everyone was laughing.

Finally the fish had to go and then it was finished then we have to go back to class.

Basketball

Basketball

On Tuesday room 9 had basketball in the morning at the hall.

When we got there we did some skills. First we practices to dribble the ball and after that we did dibble king and it was pretty hard.

After that we did a activity and it was called shark, shore and ship and that was a cool game and you have to run fast to the sides and if the coach says ship you have to run to the right of if she says shore you run to the you run to the left.

Then we played another game and it was octopus and it was a fun game to play when someone runs you have to tag him before he gets to the end.

Finally it was finished because I was tired and it was fun.
